Problem in download

I came across this VSTI and was very interested as I am working on projects that will use Portuguese Guitar, so I bought it but I am having issue downloading it, both from the website and itch's app.

Wondering if there is any way to fix this as I already paid and really wanted to play around with it.

Hi. I just purchased and downloaded the VSTI, but I can't use. I use Cubase 11 pro, from steinberg. And Kontakt 7. Already saw tuturials and etc, but I can't put on kontakt. Can anyone help me? Thanks
