For those who may wonder, the link goes to the Interactive Control (IC) mod. 

I can’t get the steering wheel to come down. Have IC installed. 

Any way to get that steering wheel into the down position without IC? I don't mind editing, just curious where to start looking for it. Installing IC wrecks my savegames so that's a no go.

I think there should be an update for it to where the steering wheel automatically goes down
