by playable characters do you mean like alt characters like playable v2 or swordmachine? and i would recommend giving yourself some more time 4/3 months is very short for most devs i think maybe around 7 or 10 months would probably be good so you can actually breath and not have to rush. and id focus on adding variants instead of new guns cause adding a 6th gun or more would make switching cumbersome for v1 unless the new weapons would be on the hypothetical alt characters. other than all that all of that im looking forward to seeing your progress
