Is there a relevant Discord, or a correct place to post an error log? (really loving this mod, btw)

Poking around with the Equipped Items, it seems that Echo Chamber might have been the culprit. Echo Chamber gives me one weakened at the beginning of combat - and it consistently crashed when starting combat with either of the two enemies I had remaining on this floor (Fireman and Witch) - shuffling things around didn't help, but putting Echo Chamber in my backpack did help.
