A long time ago (back in the 90s) I did some writing for White Wolf and wanted to suggest a vampire setting in Las Vegas. I didn't make that happen. Seeing this brings back so many ideas and memories. I'm sure you've got plenty of your own but if you ever need an old fart who dreamed of a core book called: VLV (Vampires: Las Vegas), let me know.
