Initially freezes and when I press Z it gives the final error.

Running Windows 10. I have Py3 installed. And when I try to import that module (`encodings`) on Python 3 it has no trouble.

Same here. I originally thought it might have been a problem with not having sdl2 or something, but the error looks like it is something related to python. I am a supreme novice and barely understand technical lingo, so I'm a bit lost on how to troubleshoot such a problem.
