For compatibility between Hands Mod and Defpack you should consult the creator of the Hands Mod, unfortunately there isn't much we can do without flatout copying the mod.
actually hux did allow mods to add custom hand locations, but thats also a lot of fucking work given that theres like 200 guns to go through
