They used to be text files that you could open in notepad. Now they're .Json files, and they're saved in appdata instead of in the ToA_Data folder. How do I edit them now? Used to be just changing a few numbers in notepad did the trick
.json file isn't hard to open, just download some better text editor that is suitable for coders. I'm doing it from my phone with QuickEdit
