I was playing  0.0.9 ver before it was smooth, after I changed to 0.1.0 ver, I got a lag spike for some reasons, from 61 FPS to 11 FPS then back to 60 FPS.
(Btw Im using my new laptop and I set to the lowest settings)

CPU : Intel core i5 - 8300H 2.3 GHz
GPU : Nvidia GTX 1050
RAM : 4 GB

Please help!

Maybe try messing with the resolution a bit?  If you go into graphics, there should be a slider there, the more you move it to the left, the lower the resolution of in world textures.
