1 does  missing ability to leave game trough commands count as a bug and can i add it without breaking rules

2 can i update my game and add updated file (leaving original and naming updated game file something like "game-updated")

Ok, sounds like a bug fix. Go ahead, fix and update. 

That sort of thing is allowed - just adding new content and further developing the game isn't.
