I played Our Life : Beginnings and Always for the first time in about March of last year on my floor with an old, barely alive computer. And I'm so happy I downloaded it then.
I woke up around a week after the demo for Now and Forever dropped, checked twitter and saw that it was out and nearly screamed getting to my laptop.
Now and Forever is exactly what my poor soul needed after finishing Beginnings and Always and I'm so happy to be able to watch it grow.
Everyone working on this game is going beyond amazing and I can not wait to see how much further this goes<3
Beautiful game, 10/10. Have recommended to friends and even the ones without my love for visual novels are absolutely in love. I love this game so unbelievably much.
1. I'm so glad we're allowed to have multiple sets of pronouns and more complex options for gender identity because that pained me in the previous game
2. I'd die for Qiu and Tamarack
3. As a part chinese cisn't person Qiu's while existence is very cool for me, though I vaguely remember that GB patch has been told this before
4. I'm aware that it might not be possible because of mortal limitations, but the possibility of poly is very appealing and I hope it happens
5. Honestly I'm just very happy about this game in general
Does anyone else have any problems with downloading the file again for the update? Each time I download it it would only take longer, so I keep on stopping the process.
Awwww I absolutely love this! I had already played OL1 and I knew this was going to be good, lo and behold I was right! This is honestly so good just from this Mini-Demo and I absolutely love Tamarack and Qui, I can't wait to grow up alongside them!!
I love these games so much. After playing OL1 I just knew I had to play this too! Qiu and tamarack are so cute and i love them...on another note, please please please make a polyamorous option! Ive never seen a dating sim make one before and it would be awesome to have a small victory like that :D. Heck i will pay for it if need be. thank you and keep making these awesome games!

I usually play this in steam on my laptop but recently that broke and ive yet to replace the hardware, so can this be downloaded on an Iphone? which link would I use?
So far, this game has everything I always wanted in a visual novel:
-Wide range of customization for the MC with scars, moles, heterochromia, hijab etc.
-LGBTQ+ friendly/inclusive hell yea we love to see it
-Just like OL1 you can pick whatever personality you want for your MC and the love interest will adapt and love you anyway! One thing that always bothers me with the majority of romance visual novels, is that you're forced to pick *very* specific options and dialogue choices depending on the love interest you wish to pursue, which means you can't really be yourself with the character you like since they will only show interest if you act a certain way. (so I can't act bold and flirty with the character I like most because they like the MC to be quiet and shy! Boo!) And that is a massive bonus for me. (also the wide range of choices instead of the typical 3 or 4)
-The little things like bonus dialogue if you wear a specific piece of clothing or bandages (Qiu was so cute asking why MC has bandages with his concerned little face) and the stickers which help for people like me who like to create a bazillion different MCs to milk the game much as possible (BTW if someone can tell me where the saves are located because I wanted to remove the old ones from the previous demo.)
-Jealousy system which was something I wanted in OL1 (though I def understand why you guys chose to not put it in the game! Cove didn't need to be jelly he's just THAT chill) But here in OL2 I can't wait to create some drama, some conflicts hehehe *rubs hands together*
Sorry for the wall of text. Forgot to mention I love all the characters (the teacher is cute btw can she be our mom too?). This game is as charming as the last and you guys will have all my money and support once the full version comes out for sure.
Hi there. Just a player here. Your save files are in the "game" folder of the "our-life-nf" folder. They're basically in the place where you installed the game. Hoped this helped!
You completely get rid of the old one and download this new version! It's also best to start a brand new file instead of loading an older save because so many things were updated.
I have only two things to say here. 1.) OL has my whole heart and soul. 2.) I've known Tamarack and Qiu for about 15 minutes and if anything happened to them, I would turn the entire world to ash.

i am SO excited for this game. i've already played through the demo, and for real, it looks like the literal perfect vn game. OL1 is one of my favorite games of all time, and this somehow manages to make improvements on it. i'm thrilled for what OL2 has in store!!
Help!! I want to play this game, it looks amazing but i cant play it, im an Android user and o tried to download it trough the Android download but everytime i want to open it, it Takes me to ibis paint. Does anyone else hace this problem? How do i fix it? Thank you
You have to download an app to extract it (of course, don't just extract it, because it doesn't work like that).
You can download ZArchiver (it works perfectly), then you have to go to "Download" then on the top right corner there are 3 lines, click it and choose to organize in "Date" and go to the latest download (just scroll all the way down and search for it, it should be near). Then tap on it and click on the first option (aka Install) and it will start downloading.

I'm absolutely blown away by how they were able to make an already-perfect game even better!
I loved the original Our Life, but this also adds exacly what I wanted more of!
- More MC customization (and the ability to finally see our faces when we interact + changing facial expressions!)
-More relationship customization (different levels of romantic or platonic/familial love)
-More MC dialogue/action choices (not just the usual three! and the RANGE of choices!)
- More MC personality customization (not just outgoing/shy, but even doting/idolizing, teasing/praising!) Hope we get to change that for the other two too (would be fun to see idolizing & idolizing interaction, or "overconfident MC with supporting doting friend (doting & doting)" etc. The combinations of interactions are so exciting!)
-The ability to add conflict (for us drama-lovers) with the optional "jelousy" system?!

...My one last wish is that I hope both games could someday be available on Mac via Steam?

I am sooooo excited and i was soo happy to play this demo. And i love the fact that the mc is scared of what the class would think of them.
because I feel that way too in my elementary days. So seeing and getting comfort from Tamarack and Qiu. It's just sooooo good.
