Playing through the game with different stat builds, and is there a guide on how the stats effect what percentages? In particular the Juilian encounter in town since I have not once seen even my character with Charm 5 manage to resist hypnosis, so just how tough is C+?
I hope you don't take this the wrong way, but, are you sure? I just ran through the event ten times as a test with Charm 5, and I'm 0/10 for actually resisting the hypnotism. Even if it is possible at this rate the odds are unfairly low as far as I'm concerned.
Weirdly enough, I succeeded on my first attempt against Julian, and on all three checks so far to extort the thief you can find while exploring the storefronts in town (all are C+ checks)
I'm fairly sure not all checks are rated the same though (having wayyyy too much trouble gathering materials in the forest despite literally never failing on the leopard encounter, and both being normal P or W checks), so it's worth considering.
I'd suggest either changing the movement to wasd or changing the interaction button to z or a or the like, it makes it more smooth to be able to use your second hand rather than to have to move it away from the movement keys to click the interact button
edit: I just noticed Z works for that, thought it didnt cause of the list of controls on the page haha
is the new scene in the ruins bugged? Because no matter how many times I try, it’s always succeed, so the bunny and the wolf always defeat the imps. perhaps these characters are teasing something else in the next update?
You gotta explore around a visit some places repeatedly until you get a scene where you see one, I think felicity gives you hints as to where to look as well.
loving this game so far, but i get stumped here and there on a couple small things occasionally, is there a walkthrough available somewhere so i can make it past the early-game easier? i find it pretty difficult to balance everything until after i acquire the Thief Hero on pretty much all my playthroughs
Gosh, the idea of Julian actually making the drone state permanent, at least until you find a way out of it is a lovely thought! Makes me wonder if it's enough for him to get his blue eyes to return as he slowly tries to work you down once again.
I'm pursuing the boar through the pickpocketing and just got the maid dress but I'm curious if there's an actual end to this interaction before slamming down all the submission for him for the next 100 days?
I'm really liking this game so far! Especially liking how even after training the party members they can still dominate you <3 Can't wait to see what comes next!
i know this is a really late reply, but i just downloaded the game the other day and got the same error. i was able to run the game through easyrpg player successfully though.
Every Time you go to the mercenary camp and match the required skill level, you get a little of information of the camp. With enough information, you can start a hunt.
Hello there, I've been trying to try your game out but I'm having an issue an older commenter did - with your character simply running up and to the left permanently. I wonder if this has to do with the fact that when I try to use the 'setup.exe' I receive an error and have to start it with 'RPG_RT.exe' and when it starts up, the movement is obviously messed up as the start menu selection moves on its own as well.
If you are trying to find Julian, what worked for me was hitting work and having yourself work instead of your servants, as I tried sending my servants to work for 20 days and did not see Julian but after, upon my third time sending myself to work, I was able to get Julian to show up.
I'm only saying this since people down below are saying to have your servants work in order for Julian to show up. idk if I got unlucky or something but Ill just state what worked for me to help anyone else through this.
is there a way to transfer saves between versions or does it do that automatically when you go into the new version like LD+? (just wanna check before hand)
Loving the game so far, but i sold the witch potion not thinking i'd need it, is there any way to get another one or can i atleast wait a bit to be able to drain again?

I think you’ve been incredibly unlucky. I’ve had trouble falling for Julian in town in my Charm Sub run.

i used the love draught but now im stuck on a black screen.
To get past this, all you need to do is use another item other than the Love Draught. Doing this should fix your screen right up.

Every Save is located inside the game folder, and you can transfer them to a new version by copying and pasting inside the new version game folder
