i have:

intel iris xe graphics

intel i7 processor

16 gb ram

windows 10

It doesnt work for me either and I have 

16gb of ram

intel i5 processor

intel iris xe graphics

windows 11

and 1 tb of storage 

I have enough space so thats not the problem.
