It says under the events tab in the help, that any soul stones received that is greater than what you need would be made into gold crystals. I did all claims in the last event so would have had like 2500 extra soul stones past the last upgrade of the mythic card but did not receive any gold crystals, even after the event was over.  Anyone know if it is supposed to be instantaneous or not? Then is this the only way to contact the devs? I do not see any in game ticket options.

Good afternoon. Gold stones are converted from surplus soul fragments when the card is maximally pumped.
