I would like to be able to decide where to place the dio, the shape of the coast, where the walls advance and place things manually

since when you have an idea of city having to spend a lot of time generating until something appears that appears to fight with the edition until you get something viable

Seconded. I also want to be able to manually control the districts and their boundary lines? Because something the map clusters the number markers a too close sometimes,

Just as a heads up; I found you can control the size of the warp mode brush by pressing the = or - keys so you can modify the markers better.  You can also hold shift and scroll the mouse wheel.   Surprising functionality I didn't even think about until you all mentioned it.
