i moved the game folder out of the download folder, and have been able to get it to open about half of the attempts since purchase.  I have to go to 'show package contents', and then 'content' --> MacOs-- > and double click the 'General_practitioner' Unix Executable File.

Am I ever going to be able to play this game like a normal human?

Do you have any idea how to open this in Mac?? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
