No longer offered on Steam?

I can't find the game on Steam anymore. I even had it on my wish list, but it's no longer there. Is anyone else having the same issue?

NVM I found out on Sirens' Twitter that Steam didn't approve it =/ Such a shame they only allow crap games... This would've raised the standards, which I believe is the true reason they didn't allow it. Anyways, I got it on Itch.io now. Thanks Siren for your hard work.

Wait, so it is never ever coming on Steam? I literally waited for nothing then...

ZR1 was deemed too explicit to launch on Steam so that release won't be happening. That also means no updates to ZR1 anymore. I'm tired and ready to move on to new projects.

I feel your pain. I waited for it to launch on Steam as well. Why does Steam even bother offering such games with weird restrictions...

I don't get it. There are porn games in Steam with gore, scat and bestialities but ZR is somehow... too explicit?

Also, what did he mean about no more updates to ZR1? I hope he reconsiders, ZR has been his greatest masterpiece so far.

because Steam is sucks i guess for not approving a great game from siren

Well, this is pretty lame, honestly.

Steam's got Overgrown Genesis on it already, another zombie eroge with the same post-apocalypse sprite set. There's also Seed of the Dead, an FPS eroge set in a zombie infested city.

If it was denied due to the content, there are plenty of other games already on Steam with even more extreme relationship options. Snow Daze, Onii-chan Asobo, Picture Perfect, A Town Uncovered, SHELTER, anything by Belgerum, and tons more. These are all examples of games that don't even need to be patched to unlock the full game.

I understand Siren not wanting to stress out over trying to get the game onto Steam, but this really shows just how ridiculous Steam's vetting process is.
