Is there Pregnancy and birthing in the game any chance ^^ plz plz i hope there is it would make the game even more better that it alredy is
as of now, it is already completed. And Siren is focusing more on ZR2; so if there will be an update related to your request, it will be for a very very long time.

maybe he can implement it at ZR2 but we never know until they release it.
