Unfortunately, I don't have any strict examples of 8bit music I've made, but I am well aware of the techniques and concepts behind 8bit music.

Specially since the simplicity of 8bit would allow me on focus mostly on composition and arrangement instead of sound design, I'm confident in my capabilities to work in a 8bit style, or 8bit influenced.

Therefore, I would need to know the limitations of the project, old hardware only allowed 4 channels of sound, but if the goal is to make chiptune music that sounds like something of the 8 bit era but without the sound limitations, I would have a much wider space to work with in terms of complexity and depth.
