Dear developer of Stellar Soverreign

Thank you very much for the quick response and the many improvements. An apology was not necessary, because that's what an Early Access is for, to help ,sorry for the mix-up of the category.
As you continue to develop the game, we'll get to know it better. That is very exciting. I have just arrived at the fight. The whole thing is quite complex,- very impressive.
That brings me to a mechanics from the Perry Rhodan universe. The so-called locating shadow of the sun (or the play with fire). It is well known that the sun with its radiation disturbs the radio and sensitive measuring instruments. Only that in our case the measuring instruments are called sensors, what would be the effects of our fight? Here an example: We have two ships which are near the sun. Let us assume that both ships fly in the same direction. On the right is the sun. This means that both ships are blinded by the sun on the right side while the sensors on the opposite side are still working (depending on the distance to the sun). That means you can hide from the enemies there quite well. However, if you fly too close you will have the Icarus effect and you will burn up or you will not be able to get away (because of the gravity). while a ship hides there it could carry out repairs with half the capacity, but the other half of the repair brigades would have to make a higher effort from the technical side to ensure the failure of engines and shields. As we know there are always some cannoners who cannot get their finger off the trigger, so the following limitations of the sensors for the ship's front, rear and sun-facing side do not work 95% of the time.67% of the sensors for the sun-facing side of the ship do not work; 89% of the sensors for the farther away ship do not work,- including hull and stern.50% of the sensors on the sun-facing side of the far away ship are damaged. Area blue Space all Normal . Area green the ship which is in this zone has no restrictions can stay as long as it likes and is 30% more difficult to locate. Area yellow Ships are subject to all the above restrictions, can stay here for 5 moves on the star map and are 80% more difficult to locate. Red zone (flow zone) Ships are subject to the above restrictions but can only stay there for 30 seconds and are not locatable. If ships stay longer they will be destroyed. The yellow zone could also be interesting for spies' ships which could expose their spy satellites there. I will close with this for today.

Dear Walfaenger!

I am happy that you like the complexity of space combat. I was always planning for environmental factors affecting ship's functions, like the aforementioned stellar interference as well as from the system surrounding nebula and from asteroid rings. Currently there is only one such effect at play the sensor shadow that limits detection to power signature level if there is a planet between two ships that are in sensor range to one another.

A distance based stellar interference with increased severity on various functions of a vessel as getting closer to the sun  is a good idea,  although it might complicate things  so it probably be an optional feature. First i plan to implement a buff and debuff system for space combat, since right now adverse effects like EMP is not displayed on the ui in any meaningful way, this would be a must for any environmental effect going forward. I am thinking things that affect power generation, shield resistance,  targeting interference, sensor efficiency etc.  Some of these could also be put into modules and used as abilities, a thing that i would very much like to put into the game in the future.

Kind Regards!

Hello

just a quick look the game is much more complex than it seems. I just wanted to support you, of course my suggestions are optional, and I wish you every success. In one week I would get back to you about interstellar travel, of course optional, read it and if you like it, use it if not is also ok.
