Did you run the oalinst.exe in the 'troubleshooting' folder?

You can also try to download or other game https://mandelbrot-studios.itch.io/the-able-but-unstable-dr-pixel and in there you should find a folder called 'openal dlls'. Simply copy the OpenAL32.dll into the folder where Reverse Engineer(Release).exe is.

Basically you just need a file that's called OpenAL32.dll which needs to be in the same folder as the game. Running the oalinst.exe should install it on your computer, though.
