Stuck at Level 2 Corrupt 1700

(HoS Version 1.41 Android)

For a long time,the corruption stats of everyone (Kelly at 1700 level 2) has been stuck, except Viki. But even then, no matter what I did, what I do, the corruption level still not increases after repeatedly doing the same things over and over. But now, after getting Viki corrupted to level 2, and getting the job as a tequila girl, there have been no new events for a long time now. I don't know what to do, please help.

I deleted my previous data, and started fresh and again, I am stuck at the same point.

I really love the game, but this is really irritating. Does anybody know what I can do, or what might be the problem here?

FYI:-

The corruption did rise first to 1705 before dropping back to 1700 and second to 1730 before dropping again.

Each version has a corruption limit. For example Hos.138 public its Kelly 1900 max. Ash 600 max. Viki 600 max. Steve 250 max.

Could also that there are not updated scenes in game.

for example when kelly peeps viki in pe, this makes here down again to 400 (in 1.38)if i avoid this scene i can level viki to 600, so perhaps you look, what you use to corrupt kelly, there could be a scene limited to 1700 and each time you trigger this scene Kelly goes down.

Hey, thanks for the advice but, again, nothing new is happening. First, It got stuck while I was with Brenda on the beach, then again while I was with Viki in the shower.
