Dev update 9.14.26: I am currently doing a full edit of the games rules, as they need some cleaning up. Expect a new and improved draft in the coming days. Faction spreads will follow shortly for now. I've posted this version because I wanted to get this out here and give myself the motivation to work on HK more consistently.  

I'd stay away from this current draft, as it may be a little confusing. I have playtested the game, and it does work well, but the rules do need a bit of tuning. Stay tuned for more!

Update 9.15.26

Great progress so far; half the rulebook has been edited! Most of the changes have been grammatical, though a few other things have changed as well. 
Objectives are now entirely different, and VALUE has been re-done completely. I'm half tempted to put up the  0.1.18 draft up now just because of how much everything has been clarified.
