The packaged game has no malicious software included. It wouldn't have anything named "HackTotal" inside the folders. If you are skeptical, then you can also the play the demo on Steam. I also recommend that you clean your PC. If a program had detected a virus from the game folder, then it could mean that your other files maybe infected as well.
