1. I think you're asking if the game can be played locally when downloaded yes? You can play with joiplay if you have an android device. For iOS, I'm afraid it'll be a bit tricky <:3, so I can't help you with that... 

2. For different evolution stages, I guessing you're asking if it's possible to have non-final evolution mons yes :3? Yup yup :3! I have been generating braixen and bayleef and other practice images in the discord server too :3
