WELCOME! The big R tour is a tournament made 100 percent by me. At the moment there is only going to be one tournament, but that might change based on how my time pans out. The first four maps were posted in the share your tracks area and I’m also going to post them here eventually as well. To join the tournament you must place 20th or better in a track that hasn’t reached its deadline yet. Time limits for the tracks are roughly 2 days after they are released. At the time of creation there is 40 competitors, and the scoring system is this: 1st 10pts 2nd 8pts 3rd 6pts 4th 5pts 5th 4pts 6th 3pts 7th 2pts 8th 1pt 9th-20th Qualification for the tournament. (Quick note, the track cannot be closed, basically meaning that once the deadline hits, that track does not count for qualifying. Below 8th= no points Below 20th, nothing From now on all of the tournament updates will be here, don’t forget to check this area as well as the share your tracks here section! Have fun guys!

I’m so sorry you werent here to witness the greatness of the Big R tour, birdpiper. I had a streak of 8 tracks all 2 days apart. That was my pumping era. Now I’ve ran out of motivation. Don’t worry, track 15 will be a great finale!

Bad news and good news

Bad:

Track 15 will be delayed again due to 30% completion instead of a planned 90%,

Good:

It’s because it’s 13kb, nearly double the second most in the tournament. The delay is a mix of laziness and sheer size, but it’s gonna be the best track I’ve ever made! (Hopefully)

Not sure if anyone still looks in this section, but I have some news!

Article 1:

Vanyayuyay has specifically asked me to help him promote his tournament here! So if you want to participate in his tournament and be in a YouTube video, take a look at this https://itch.io/t/6763578/community-track-no-checkpoint-tournament

His tournament is super fun and I would totally recommend giving it a go! It’s a remix of all the community tracks (most), and the catch is that there is no checkpoints. Be warned, a few global masters from discord are taking part! It’s gonna take a lot of guts for the itch community to take them down, but I believe it’s possible!

Track 15 is half finished, sorry about the delay, but this is a beast of a track, and if I were you I would be hyped for it! I’m sorry that the tournament died, but I’m just trying to make the best track ever for the best community ever!
