Thank you, Preciousrin, for the report. I will look into it. I've actually considered removing that starting quest for now until I can iron a few things out. I've experienced a couple of unexpected behaviors as well.
I believe I found the bug. It appears that, in some scenarios, the Talent Broker was missing his Greet button, so there was no way to actually talk to him and complete "The Registry" quest, even though you were standing right in front of him. I'll test the fix a bit this weekend and will bundle it with the next set of updates. I really appreciate you letting me know.
