Allowed to use AI for coding/assistance?

AI is allowed in an assistive capacity (i.e you use it to help you rather than do the work for you). 

I feel like that is fair, sometimes, we can’t do that code ourselves, so we ask ai for Help but as long as it is for help, it should be fine.
