Oola and Mags?

I'm lvl 10 and have two quests that I don't see any quest marks on any of the maps for;

- talk to Mags, and

- deliver eggs to Oola (I have all the eggs)

Any hint as to where I can find these characters?

You need to explore east of the forest outside the village!

I will try to go East on every screen I can find lol.
