The dev didn't create a android version and the graphics are quite lacking given today's technology in the graphics industry even had this been available for Android i would have passed irregardless of how great plot and story is.

Not every game can have AAA-level graphics, and visual quality isn't the only thing that makes a game enjoyable. There are plenty of great indie games with much simpler visuals.
As for Android, the game is being developed in Unity rather than RenPy, and it is going to include complex minigames that make an Android port significantly more challenging. That's why I chose to focus on the PC version first.
