I heard you can buy it from slaver, but I haven't seen him even once despite the fact that I'm already at world difficulty 4. Gaining it through the cheat menu is still an option, though.
That's strange, I have it. Are you using the latest version? There is also another cheat menu reached through shift+tab. It this doesn't work either, I guess there is nothing we can do.
BTW I raised WD to 10 through cheat menu and still can't find the slaver. Guess it is still in development or you can only reach it through something else than a global map, I personally think it's first variant. Maybe it was reachable on older versions, gotta check it.
