When trying to create a new career from a custom created configuration this error is encountered at the end of the simulation and you can't start the career. The career then remains in the career selection screen but when you open the career and try to start a race you get this error: Failed to initialize workflow: This career has no player driver. The race workflow requires a player-controlled driver. Please create a new career with a player driver, or use the simulation features for AI-only careers.
