If you have not, you should join the discord server, there is a dedicated forum "form a team" and a lot of people that will talk about their progress in the jam and you will get infos about when the jam starts in anouncements and precisions on the rules

You will also be able to ask questions about the jam or game dev in general and there will probably be somebody that will answer
