How to transfer save in the old version to a new phone

I got a new phone and would like to know how to activate the old version of the game in the new phone, i transfered my save to the new phone but it appears as "This version of the game is not yet activated" i tryed my activation key but it says "Product key already used once on this account."

Thank you, i sent the email. I already have the remastered version but i keep the old one because of the content that is still not in the new version.
