[0.8.2] Can't adjust terminal knobs

Loving the new terminals in the test build, but can't seem to get the polarity/frequency knobs to actuate. Was the control changed from mouse scroll?

Works fine on the 0.8.1 terminals. Noticed later this affects the volume knob on the viewer screen too. Anyone else seeing this behavior in the test builds?

I have since moved on to 0.9 where the issue is not present, but I recall that in 0.8.2 I was able to resolve the issue by switching off the radial menu under settings>game>user interface. Sorry I can't be of more help, but this was a long time ago.
