Im in the second area looking for the second water tower to use some lever to advance the stage but i cannot for the life of me find anywhere else to go. ive found 1 in the sewers and that was like 4-5 play attempts ago and every time i just wander around and never find anyone else to go

The first lever can be found below the screen with the gate; the second is further down below the fist main room of the area. If you follow the water, you'll find them both.

I found the second power lever at the top but it's blocked by a door that won't budge. Any ideas? Thanks for the reply:P

You can get there by dropping down the bridge next to the gate switch, or via the manhole if you get a little wacky with the platforming
