I have a multi level building I am trying to make a map for and I need to know how to set up one floor to go to the map of the next floor be it up or down. Also a possible way to select the floor to be on by the floor number.

That sounds like a practical and exciting idea!
You could perhaps put a marker on which you enter the target coordinates (or simply select the field).
Similar to a link within a e.g. Word document.
