If you have a chip, press middle mouse button  (and hold) and then press right click, a menu appears, If you now move your cursor, all the chips get moved but the menu stays in position, in extreme cases there can be an empty screen with a random menu in the middle.

also i have built a computer and each tim i start it up it does a different thing, so somehow there's rng in there?
