Why no Genderbending? Atleast for one character it could be tested to see how people will like it, and its not even like its impossible storywise to have a character with a Quirk that just genderbends or Deku eventually optaining such a quirk.

I think it means that it isn't in the game yet, but is planned, not that it won't be happening.
