The use of AI in the intro is unnecessary. I keep getting fuel message every time I move 3 spaces and the game really lacks direction (The compass  doesnt seem to work very well). It is so hard to move with wasd on an hexgrid and the pathing is not great... Always take a long path instead of the most fuel efficient.

Hello, thank you for your feedback! The game is designed to be an open world, that's why no direction. Of course you can follow the main quests to finish it.

For the controls you can use keyboard or mouse clicks, choose the best option for you. Definitely things can be improved for controls and path finding. I am surprised you have issues with a compass. Write me in private message, I can check if there is an issue. Normally some quests does not require direction, in this case you should find the way yourself. Anyway thank you for playing! I will address the things in the next updates.

What I find weird about the compass it that it seems to change direction even if I didn't reach a checkpoint (or important object).

Ok, in the update I will underline the goal tile,  this way should be more clear.
