The current trigger "Male Genitalia" often detects chastity cages, which may be nice for some but I'd really appreciate it if this was a seperate trigger option just like "Covered/Uncovered Breasts" etc. Also a separate detection for BBC would be nice if it's not too hard.

The ability to detect BBCs would be quite useful and easy to implement, I imagine. It would also be interesting for fetishistic collections if there were conditionals such as: BBC + pussy = X happens; dicklet + pussy = Y happens.
I don't think there is any specific policy in Itch about calling big black cocks BBCs. There is nothing derogatory in itself.

I believe it is hard to differentiate between male and female, especially for anime/manga.
Currently male still seem to be perceived as female. I mean, if the person has a penis and no breasts, it probably is a male, right :) yet the face and chest are still censored while the penis is not, for example.
Anyway, I would be interested in more male options.
Currently there is 1 male face option on the 2d spot and male genetalia and male breasts exposed at the end.
If more male options are being added, it would probably nice to have them clearly apart, so an option would be 1 row for female and 1 row for male.
Following up, I'd be happy to have most stuff in this thread. Some stuff in here I don't care for but I will be no worse off for the addition.
My knowledge of AI is very limited, but I know there are generative AI models for small pp, chastity etc available on huggingface and some other large ai model forums. I hope this could facilitate your development process.
