I reload the page because I wasn't seeing half the map or npc's and this text showed up saying "he webpage at https://lwdbase3.com/masters-of-raana_848/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address"

Try downloading from the discord site. Save  and unzip it. (Note this is a Ren'py game and uses HTLML to execute.)
