Absolutely, i just haved that idea on my head because on the start of the game around the tour. Theres a girl with her chest and our best friend points that out if i remember correctly, the dialogue from our character doesn't change; But in my mind, I think if the mc has "prude" traits or even conservative the scene to our would change of them naturally looking away from the girl instead of indulging in. Idk if I explain myself but simple details like that!
