I have an idea for a location and associated denizens and upgrades, but I'm not an artist. Can I submit without art of the NPC? I think I can use existing tools to do location map and floorplan.
No the location / adventure is still a good idea but for this you will want to stick to what the submission guideline is asking for. If there is a monster or a NPC from that adventure that you could post??
