I've done everything else in the savannah but for some reason the hera's company quest says i never visited phanelyn

side note i tried to revive on of my party members with the pearl staff and my game crashed

I'm not up to date on the missions, but if I'm not mistaken, that mission isn't complete yet and remains at 2/4 to prevent future damage to saved games when "completing" that mission. 

Regarding the pearl staff, it's not currently working properly and causes the game to glitch, freeze, or crash depending on the mobile device or PC. Well, that happened to me on my phone; it kicked me out of the game after freezing for a few seconds.
