it takes a few seconds to realize this is a masterpiece, awesome, I loved it, it is actually a great game, just avoid squASHING the images, the rest is great, keep it up.
Thank you for your response! I’m glad you enjoyed our game. The squashed images were intentional. We wanted to show that the window was becoming increasingly glitchy, causing the images to be rendered in a distorted way. If I understood your point correctly.
This game was so fun to play!
With a little more variety added to the combat, and a little more challenge, it can become a hit.
At certain points especially in the boss fight section I felt like the jump wasn't responding to me at times, could be a personal issue though.
Overall it's an amazing take on the theme and great for a jam game!
Thank you for playing our game. We were going for a fast paced action game like ape out, but made some mistakes while fine tunning the enemy design and challenges. Will definitely work to make it better in the future.
