Q1: Do we have to follow the game theme? or its a optional theme?

Q2: Does Desktop app games allowed?

Q3: Does NSFW games allowed?

Hey! Sorry If I didn't read this, I was really busy. Sure, I'm going to answer to your questions:

1. Obviously you can get as far as you can with theme, but you can't get further of a dream with two people (and some other little details in the Overview page).

2. Of course desktop's app are allowed 

3. Honestly I didn't think about a NSFW rule, so I think that would be fine(?). Honestly I don't really know. If you really want to make NSFW contents, I would prefer it to be censorable.
