I want to follow a harem route where I can have threesomes or more with female characters, but I absolutely do NOT want any male characters (like Josef, Adrian, or Joey) involved in any sexual scenes. Is it possible to play the game this way? If so, what specific choices should I make or avoid to stay strictly on a male-exclusive harem path?

, while you're sitting with a Convict on a yacht, choose Anna's path for the first time, and then get your harem.
But for a harem to be a harem, you need to do a couple of things.
1. Adrian should dump
this mono by becoming a friend to Adrian and giving him money for the trip
2. Joseph must take a shower.
There are several ways here, but I use one - when we meet with Joseph's ex-wife, she will offer us to fix her child. We tell Joseph that we slept with her and go to the hotel. We see a gangbang scene (soryan if you don't like it) and at the end he starts to relax. We should then tell him to confess to Anna. Then she'll kick him out (at this point, I already had a bunch of videos shot with her in the studio, which was extremely funny)
3. Once Catherine arrives, she will say that Anna is somehow evil and needs help - she will start appearing in the kitchen with a glass of wine
DON'T SLEEP WITH HER - it breaks the way. Choose to help her, ask her what happened and tell her that we love her.
