I think it'll be a good idea to keep a list of know bugs in the game. If anyone comes across one please post it here.
Building is not working when starting a New Single Player Game. To get around this, just save your game when you load in and then go to the menu and press continue in the single player menu. This is not an issue in multiplayer.
