Whenever I run the app, my microphone stutters. I did multiple tests, turned off OBS, left PNG tuber plus on, and I came to the conclusion that whenever the app is open, the microphone quality diminishes a lot. Is there any way to fix this?

is a mic reset time it happpend to me also the only solution i found was downloading the steam vercion the itch.io one has the mic reset time set to 10 and the real reset time should be 180 sec i tried changing it on the config file but it keeps it at 10 secs the steam ver uses the 180 sec before you install the steam ver remove the config file from pngtuber plus the config file should look like this the one you have to focus on is SecondsToMicReset
